At Ink Syndicate LLC, every tattoo and piercing is a custom, personal service. Because of the permanent or semi-permanent nature of these services, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Tattoo & Piercing Services
- All tattoo and piercing services are non-refundable once completed.
- We cannot issue refunds based on personal preference, design regret, or changes of mind after the service has been performed.
- If there is an error caused by the artist (for example, a mistake in placement or design not matching the approved stencil), we will work with you to correct or adjust the tattoo at no additional cost.
2. Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to book all tattoo appointments.
- Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
- Deposits will be forfeited if:
- You cancel without at least 48 hours’ notice.
- You do not show up for your appointment.
- You request significant last-minute design changes requiring rescheduling.
3. Rescheduling
- Appointments rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice will have deposits transferred to the new appointment date.
- Reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in deposit forfeiture.
4. Merchandise & Aftercare Products
- Unopened and unused aftercare products or merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for a full refund.
- Opened, used, or damaged items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
5. Gift Cards
- All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
- Gift cards may be redeemed toward tattoos, piercings, or merchandise but cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Touch-Ups
- Many tattoos may require a touch-up after healing. Complimentary touch-ups may be offered within a specific time frame (typically within 60 days), depending on the artist’s policy.
- Touch-ups requested outside of this timeframe may incur an additional fee.
